DELIVERY INFORMATION

Local Delivery

We offer free local delivery to all orders within Pangbourne. The free delivery service does not come with the standard 2-4 workind day lead time, but instead could be up to 7 working days from receiving your order.
If you are needing a faster service, please opt for Click & Collect, or the Shipping option which would use a courier (and carry a charge.)
Parts of Reading are also included in the free delivery zone! Simply input your address to check whether the option is available to you.

Nationwide Delivery

We now deliver nationwide, so our beautiful wares can reach the masses. See below for a list of FAQ's, but if you can't find the answer to your question please simply email nino@ninosdeli.co.uk and we will get back to you asap.

1) Where do we deliver?

We deliver all over mainland UK using couriers / Royal Mail. We can currently deliver to all parts of the UK apart from:

- Northern Ireland
- Scottish Highlands and Islands
- Isle of Man
- Isle of White

2) How much do we charge?

We have a standard £7.95 delivery charge for deliveries outside of our local area. This goes some way to covering the cost of the delivery itself and the increased packaging required for nationwide deliveries.

3) What do we deliver?

We deliver almost all our products but unfortunately we cannot currently deliver everything. Various items from our homemade range (eg tiramisu) are not currently possible, although we are working on solutions to make these available soon.

Products not eligible for shipment are either marked “Local delivery only” or will not be visable on our website.

4) What about fresh items?

We use chilled packaging to safely deliver those items requiring refrigeration in transit, such as cured meat, cheese and antipasti. There is a small surcharge for these items to cover the cost of this specialist packaging.

5) When do we deliver?

Nationwide deliveries are available 5 days per week, Monday - Friday. We typically fulfil orders between 2-4 workings days from order date (when ordered before midday).

Terms & Conditions

All orders are subject to availability, and whilst every effort is made to ensure our inventory is up to date, sometimes during busy times there may be a slight inventory update delay. Products that are out of stock will either be refunded, or replaced with items of a similar value with your permission.

You must inspect the products as soon as you receive the delivery and notify us immediately if you find any defects. You can notify us by emailing us at nino@ninosdeli.co.uk - please supply us with any supporting evidence such as photos and specific product details when informing us. We will either refund you for defective products (provided we receive sufficient photographic/video evidence) or offer a replacement / alternative at no extra cost to you.

We make a conscious effort to reuse and repurpose any packaging / waste materials that we produce, and we often use these to safely wrap and package your delivery.
